My oven tripped, not the 1st time but the 3rd times. Up set with the company that I bought the oven from, decided to contact James.
James is a reliable and friendly guy who knows his job well. Gave me the choice of either replaced the parts or do a simple repair. Chosen to replace the parts after he explained the pros and cons.
James spent more than an hour to dismantle and fixed the parts, he is patience and knowledgeable. Well done and highly recommended.

2nd time engaging James and team for repair works. This time around I had a faulty power switch which meant that the showers were unusable. James was quick to respond to my WhatsApp messages despite it being a Sunday morning, and was also quick to arrange to come down within an hour of my first message! Was impressed by how quickly the problem was diagnosed and then solved. I had the Whirlpool technician over to fix the stove previously. He wasn’t able to undo one of the screws so he left and never came back. Then I got a call to say the problem could not be fixed and I’d need a new stove.
James from Power Electrical fixed it within 1 hour at a fraction of the cost of a new stove. He had spare parts for the stove and oven. Everything was fixed before it was time for dinner, couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Got Jame’s contact via our estate’s chat group. True to the recommendations, James is very efficient and pleasant to work with. He gave a very clear explanation of what the likely issue was with my oven after listening to my usage history with it, then proceeded to test.
