Do you use the original spare parts?
One of the most commonly asked question. As a matter of fact, most brands do not make or produce the spare parts. The brand companies will source the parts (like we do) from parts manufacturers and assemble the appliances or the appliances are designed and manufactured by OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
Replacement Parts are all brand new and they all come with 12 months warranty.
Will there be a warranty for the repair, and how long will it be?
Every repair comes with a 6 – 12 months warranty, depending on the repair provided. For instance, a 12 month warranty would normally be provided when the repair includes a change of parts, while a 6 month warranty is normally provided for service repairs, allowing for that stress free usage.

James is a very accomplished and knowledgeable electrician. To add to that he is extremely polite, super friendly and easy going. Our oven in our new apartment quit on us because of disuse, James was able to zero in on the issue in mins and was able to come fix it right away. My oven tripped, not the 1st time but the 3rd times. Up set with the company that I bought the oven from, decided to contact James.
James is a reliable and friendly guy who knows his job well. Gave me the choice of either replaced the parts or do a simple repair. Chosen to replace the parts after he explained the pros and cons.
James spent more than an hour to dismantle and fixed the parts, he is patience and knowledgeable. Well done and highly recommended.

I’ve used James numerous times over the last few years and never knew he had a review page like this until I asked. I would’ve left a review years ago. He’s the absolute best. Incredibly responsive, super reliable, best prices, and he’s very polished and kind. I messaged him at 1pm and he made an exception and squeezed me in at 3pm because i needed my ceiling fan fixed ASAP as part of the stressful handover process. He’s just the bomb. The timing was great. When Serene informed that the electrician might be coming late at 2215hrs in the afternoon, when I made the appointment. He did just come at that time.
Best of all he changed all my faulty power sockets and switches and went an extra mile to explain to me about the power trips that happened in my flat. He also did some test and made me feel that I am finally talking to someone who cares about the customer. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

My Brandt oven touchscreen was not working for a year and eventually the preset modes failed too. I contacted Brandt before but they were not responsive which left me in two minds whether to pursue or replace a new oven until I stumbled upon PowerElectrical on the internet and I am so glad I did! James’s responses are efficient and polite, and he was willing to check onsite first without charging if nothing can be fixed. His troubleshooting showcased high experience and knowledge. He is also meticulous and reliable as he patiently secured the panel with additional metal plates. He also explained clearly where the fault is, how electric appliances works from inside out as I did not know that oven left untouched for too long could have the heating elements failing. Fortunately, everything got fixed and came to live again. Highly recommended for James’s service!

Excellent communication over WhatsApp, very prompt, and he was able to identify and fix the issue with my oven within an hour. He had all the necessary tools and spare parts with him which I was most impressed with. He will be the first person I call if I ever need an appliance fixed!

Was impressed by how quickly the problem was diagnosed and then solved. I had the Whirlpool technician over to fix the stove previously. He wasn’t able to undo one of the screws so he left and never came back. Then I got a call to say the problem could not be fixed and I’d need a new stove.
James from Power Electrical fixed it within 1 hour at a fraction of the cost of a new stove. He had spare parts for the stove and oven. Everything was fixed before it was time for dinner, couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Got Jame’s contact via our estate’s chat group. True to the recommendations, James is very efficient and pleasant to work with. He gave a very clear explanation of what the likely issue was with my oven after listening to my usage history with it, then proceeded to test. Thereafter, he gave the recommended options and price, leaving it up to me to decide which I preferred. All in all, everything was done within 30-40mins.
